Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Arrival dates will be determined by Meraki Machine shipping records only. Returns are based on if the products has arrived damaged or you have ordered the wrong product and need to switch for the correct product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to report any issues within 10 days of product arrival will void any and all ability to refund or return items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Meraki Machine is not liable for lost or stolen items. Meraki Machine tracks all shipping records and will base "delivery" of items on such records. If an order is lost based on the postal service please contact the service provider first with your tracking information provided. Contact Meraki Machine if issues cannot be resolved with the shipping provider first. Meraki Machine does not cover stolen items, if a package is delivered based on our records it is not our responsibility to cover the cost of that order if stolen. Meraki Machine will do its best to help in the even of a lost or stolen package but is not subject to cover the cost of replacing these items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If any product has been “used” it will not be available for a refund. Meraki Machine reserves the right to depict if a product has been excessively worn or used and if it will or will not qualify for a refund. If a product has been approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
